WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS. WE WILL NOT BE CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATION UNLESS YOU ASK US TO CANCEL. WE WILL EXTEND OUR NO CHARGE CANCELLATION POLICY (WHICH NORMALLY ONLY APPLIES FOR WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATION) THROUGH APRIL 12TH.
WE CLEAN OUR INFLATABLES WITH TEA TREE OIL WHICH IS PURCHASED FROM YOUNG LIVING. YOUNG LIVING PRODUCTS ARE SEED TO SEAL, WITH NO HARMFUL FRANGRANCES ADDED.

What is the cost to rent an Inflatable ?
The cost depends on the unit that you choose. Of course, the bigger units will cost more than the smaller units. Our pricing starts around $99.00.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit is not required. A debit or credit card is required to hold the reservation. Your card will be charged the morning of your rental. Reservations can be made over the phone by calling 864-360-8662.
Is there a charge for weather related cancellation?
No. We do not charge for weather related cancellations. However, you must cancel before 12 pm on Friday if your reservation is for delivery. Customer pick ups must be cancelled by 7 am on the day of the rental.
How much notice is required for a reservation? (These are only suggestions)
March through July, we suggest that you call at least a 4 weeks in advance. For the month of October, we suggest that you call at least 2 months in advance. All other months, we suggest that you call within 4 weeks of your date to ensure that the inflatable that you wish to rent is available for your date. Advance reservations are not required.If you have a last minute rental or you waited until the week before your party to rent an inflatable, call us. We will do our best to help you with your request.
Can I pick up the inflatable or is delivery required?
Some of our inflatables are available for customer pick up. However, if you wish to have the inflatable delivered, we are happy to do so. There is a delivery fee.
Is it difficult to set up an inflatable?
No. It is not difficult to set up an inflatable. We provide written instructions and also spend as much time as needed to go over set up and break down when you pick up.
Is a truck required for pick up?
Yes, a truck is required for pick up. If you have access to a trailer, we suggest that you use a trailer for pick up and return. Some of the inflatables are heavier and using a trailer makes it much easier when loading. Some bouncers will fit into the back of an SUV. However, the back MUST be empty and the back seats MUST be down. We will not load bounce houses into an SUV if the back is not completely empty and the seats are not down.
Are your units insured?
Yes. Our inflatables are insured. A certificate of insurance can be provided upon request.
Do you provide everything needed to inflate the unit?
Yes. We provide blowers and extension cords and we also provide sandbags or ground stakes to secure the unit.
